Birungi Finance Solutions Limited (BFSL) founded in 2014 and was incorporated with Limited Liability on 25th August 2014 by the Registrar of Companies – Laws of the Republic of Uganda. Our company objectives include among others, Debt and Property Management. We offer Debt Relief Services including Debt consolidation and Debt negotiation to investment/commercial property owners who have either defaulted on their loans or are struggling with non- performing bank loans.
Our aim is to help landlords both as persons and as institutions settle their financial obligations without losing their properties to creditors. Under our Debt Management Services, we offer the best Debt Management Plan (DMP) to our clients by analyzing their incomes in accordance with their debt burden. We then advise accordingly and under our clients’ instructions, we engage their creditor/s on how the debt can be settled under new but reliable and affordable payment terms.
In our DMP, we guarantee loan payment to the creditor/s under which our company account is used to settle loan installments as they fall due in relation with the modified terms of payment/ schedule. When managing clients’ debts, we also carry on the management of their rental or commercial properties. This means that we take over debts attached to property owners and we help them meet their financial obligations normally with no pressure, stress and without losing their property to the creditors.
Its three (3) years now since we started operating in Uganda and within that short time, we have managed to bring back hope to many debtors as we have been able to rescue property/s worth nine billion (UGX 9,000,000,000) as they were being taken to the market for auctioning. At BFSL, we use our bank accounts to make payments on behalf of our clients to creditors and this has helped us to win back the lost trust brought about by non- performing facilities and loans in default.
