Properties we manage include residential, vacation properties, commercial retail space/shops and industrial warehouses. As Property managers, we pay our landlords all the expected income from their property/s at the beginning of every month and we recover it from their tenants. This is so because we treat each of our clients’ properties as if they were our own, every detail is accounted for and recorded for future references. Monthly Income Statements to landlords are mandatory and we make sure that they are made and forwarded to our clients so that we can move at the same pace with them. This also enables them to do a follow up on the performance of their business properties.

BFSL has multiple responsibilities to its clients and our property management services include marketing/advertising the property, screening tenant/s applications, collecting rent dues, responding to landlords or tenants’ requests/ complaints and arranging or advising on repairs when needed.

The mode of payment is chosen by the landlord but normally, Birungi Finance Solutions Limited BFSL pays by cheque or by electronic transfer to respective bank accounts of each landlord’s choice.
